Three Fatalities Last Night in a Car Crash Near Bishop
On October 28 2021, at an unknown time, the driver of a silver Honda Accord was traveling southbound on a dirt road south of Poleta road. For unknown reasons, the vehicle began to travel to the right side of the road, overturning into the canal and becoming submerged. The driver (16) and the two passengers(15,19) sustained fatal injuries as a result of the collision.
The identity of the deceased occupants will be released by the Inyo County Coroner’s Office. The collision is still under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
