Mammoth Lakes Native Amanda Kirkeby Graduates with Master’s from MIT

Driven by a passion for sustainability, Mammoth Lakes native Amanda Kirkeby has embarked on a path focused on a greener future. After gaining valuable experience from Middlebury College, local High Sierra Energy Foundation, and the National Renewable Energy Lab, she went on to pursue a master’s degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She recently graduated from MIT’s School of Architecture and Planning with an emphasis in Building Technologies and is eager to continue using her innovation, creativity, and drive to design energy-efficient buildings and create a greener future.
