Looks like we are going to get 6 to 8 FEET of snow in Mammoth Lakes next week. The storm is forecast to roll in on Sunday night and stick around until Thursday. We are hoping that the forecast is accurate and that Mammoth Mountain will get closer to the 8 foot number. We will have an update with snowfall totals next Wednesday on our Local Snow Report, stay tuned.

Also….Mammoth Mountain just announced that Canyon Lodge will open tomorrow. Saturday, Dec 10. They are also saying the whole mountain will be open starting next week on Friday, Dec 17….Game On!!!
