1. One Person = One Vote per Day

You can vote once per day, per device. This keeps it fun and helps your favorites rise to the top the right way.

2. No Scripts, Bots, or Automation

If you’re using a voting script, bot, or automated system to cast votes—you’re cheating. Don’t do it. We’ll find out, and your restaurant could be disqualified.

3. Play Nice

No hate, harassment, or trash talk in the comments or on social. Celebrate your favorites without tearing others down.

4. Be a Local Legend, Not a Local Cheat

Support your favorite spot by sharing the poll, not by gaming it. Get your fans to vote the honest way—it’s more satisfying when you win fair and square.

5. We Reserve the Right to Ban or Disqualify

Eastern Sierra NOW has the final say. If we suspect manipulation, we can:

• Remove fraudulent votes

• Ban individuals or IPs

• Disqualify businesses from this and future contests
